Nicolas Collins


Nicolas Collins is a musician who has been around in the experimental music scene since the 70′s. His widely acclaimed piece’s “Devil Music” and “Tobabo Fonio” have won him a cult-like following in the experimental music scene, and his series of books about hacking hardware electronics have exposed him to the circuit bending crowd.
He is also the editor-in-chief of Leonardo Music Journal, and tours the world giving workshops and lectures.
I recently had the pleasure of attending one of these workshops in Prague. It was more of a workshop, but it was really great to see how he approaches music. I’m always refreshed to see into an artists thought process and system of values.
